AIRPORT
Stuttgart Airport is approx. 28 km from Tübingen. We would be happy to arrange a transfer by taxi, limousine or a shuttle service for you.
BAR & MINIBAR
The minibar is in the desk of your `Neckarblick`-room. Some of the studios are also equipped with a separate refrigerator.
We are happy to serve you a wide range of other drinks in our restaurant, at the bar and, if the weather is nice, on our terrace with view on the Neckar. Our bar is open for you from 10:00 a.m. to midnight. Closed on Sunday and public holidays. In summer, please ask about the additional opening times of our terrace to enjoy the river Neckar. You are also welcome to pick up drinks from our bar or outside of the opening times at the reception and take them to your room. Or you can call our room service (see ROOM SERVICE).
BATHROBES
We will be happy to provide you with a cozy bathrobe. Please contact us at extension -300.
BED & CO
We are happy to receive your requests for additional pillows or blankets as well as hypoallergenic bed linen. Daily change of your bed linen upon request.
BICYCLES
If you arrive with your own bicycle, you can use our bicycle garage in the parking garage right next door (`Neckarparkhaus`). You will receive the key for this at our reception.
The hotel’s own bicycles are also available for you. As our guests, you can rent our e-bikes for EUR 25 per day, bicycles powered by your muscles are free of charge. All bikes subject to availability. For

BREAKFAST
Our breakfast awaits you from 6:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. If the weather is playing along, we can also serve breakfast on our terrace facing the picturesque scenery at the river Neckar. On Sundays and public holidays, you can sleep in a bit: Then breakfast doesn’t start until 7.30 a.m. and will be available for you until 11 a.m.
BUS & TRAIN
The main train station is located a 5-minute walk from the hotel. You can get train tickets at www.bahn.de. The central bus station is also at the train station, information on on timetables and routes can be found under the following link from Stadtwerke Tübingen (www.swtue.de/oepnv/fahrplan-und-liniennetz). The next bus stop is on the bridge across the Neckar (`Neckarbrücke`).
CABLE & ELECTRIC
Did you forget your `cable spaghetti` at home? Our reception-team will have a look to find a suitable charging cable for you. You can also borrow international power adapters from us. In addition, USB charging plugs are integrated in the desk.

Cashpoints (ATM) of Kreissparkasse Tübingen and Commerzbank can be found in walking distance, approximately 5 minutes from the hotel.

Our entire team endeavors that you feel comfortable and at home in our domicile (´Domizil`). If something should not meet your expectations, please contact us immediately. Only then we have a fair chance to find a remedy that helps solving the issues at short notice. Once you are checking out, it is usually too late for that.
DECK CHAIRS
If the weather plays along, a limited number of deck chairs are available in our garden directly on the river Neckar.
DINNER
Restaurant MARI, which is located in our hotel and run by our partners Markus & Richard, is open five days a week, from Tuesday to Saturday. Kitchen hours for dinner are from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m., snacks alre also served anytime during the bar opening hours between noon and mindnight. DEPARTURE
It’s a pity you’re leaving us again. On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to leave your room by 11 a.m. We are happy to store your luggage in case you would like to spend more time in Tübingen after your check-out.

In an emergency, we ask you to inform our reception immediately on extension -300. We will arrange everything that is necessary. You can reach the fire brigade and rescue service at 0-112, the police at 0-110.
EXPRESS CHECK OUT
If you inform us in advance, you can also use our express check-out. We will then charge your credit card you have to deposit the evening before at the latest and send your receipt by email. Please do not forget to return your room key and your parking card before departure.

FIREPLACE
Once it gets dark outside and the temperatures are cooling down, we let it burn. Only at the fireplace in our lobby, of course. Take a good book and make yourself comfortable in one of the super cozy armchairs in front of the fireplace. And if you should still have some urgent work to do: On the other side there is a large table right by the fireplace, so that at least some campfire atmosphere arises while working.
FITNESS
Our fitness room is equipped with a treadmill from TECHNOGYM® and fitness bike from PELETON® as well as various other training equipment. It is located in the basement of our main building.

There are plenty great things to do in or around Tübingen. We would be happy to individually advise you on finding the perfect getaway for you, depending on your preferences and weather.

There are seven golf courses within approx. 30 minutes driving distance from the hotel: The Golf Club Schloss

You can obtain an access code for our WLAN at the reception. In addition, there is a barcode in each room, which you can use to obtain access. We are at your disposal for any help you may

LAUNDRY SERVICE
You are welcome to give us your laundry for cleaning, washing or ironing. Information is available at our reception. There is also a laundry list and a laundry bag in your wardrobe. Alternatively, you are welcome to borrow an iron and ironing board from us. If you have any questions, please contact our reception team.
LOST & FOUND
We keep any lost property that cannot be assigned to a guest for six months. In case you forget something when leaving us, we will be happy to forward you any lost item at your cost.

We are happy to assist you with your luggage upon arrival or departure. In case you would like to spend more time in Tübingen after your check-out, we will store your luggage upon request. Also, a luggage trolley is available at the reception.

PARKING
For our hotel guests, there are parking spaces available in a separate area in the parking garage next door – depending on availability – at a reduced fee. Tickets to access the parking garage are available at our reception. This allows you to enter and leave the garage as often as you require. Please return your parking permits to us upon check-out by 11:00 at the latest.
If the parking spaces in the separate area should be occupied already, please use the public area of the parking garage.
PHARMACIES
The nearest pharmacy ´Apotheke an der Friedrichstraße‘ is located opposite of our hotel in Wöhrdstraße 4, phone +497071-32300. In the evening and on weekends, we will be happy to help you find the nearest emergency pharmacy in Tübingen. We also have a small selection of prescription-free medicine that we might be able to help you with.

Our partners of MARI Restaurant welcome you in our restaurant from Tuesday to Saturday for Lunch (kitchen open from noon to 2 p.m.) or dinner (6 p.m. to 9 p.m.). Outside of these kitchen opening hours, delicous cakes and snacks are also being served anytime between noon and midnight.
If you want to go outside and discover Tuebingen, there is a broad variety of Restaurants available. Maultäschle & onion roast, salad & soup, pizza & pasta, doner kebab & falafel or spring rolls & Tom Kah Gai… We are happy to recommend restaurants in Tübingen and the surrounding area, depending on what you are craving for.
ROOM SERVICE
During the regular breakfast, bar and restaurant opening hours (6:30 a.m. to 11 a.m. and noon to midnight), we are happy to serve you food and drinks in your room. We kindly ask you to place your orders at the reception, dial extension -300.
SAFE
A safe is in your wardrobe. To lock the safe, please enter a four-digit code and press “Close”. To unlock the safe, re-enter it. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us at extension -300.

SAUNA
Anytime between 4:00 p.m. and 11:00 p.m., we would be happy to heat up our sauna for you. Please inform our reception about the time you wish to visit the sauna. There, you will also receive sauna towels and bathrobes.

We are happy to assist you with smaller sewing tasks in-house. Also, there is a sewing kit located in your room. For larger sewing or mending tasks, we can recommend an alteration & mending service nearby.
SHUTTLE & LIMOUSINE SERVICE
Do you require transportation to Stuttgart Airport, the Outlet City in Metzingen or another destination? We would be happy to arrange a shuttle/limousine service for you or order a taxi.

SMOKING
As a non-smoking hotel, we kindly ask you to enjoy your cigarette outside of the hotel only. There are ashtrays in front of the main entrance, as well as on our terrace on the river Neckar.
Since our rooms are equipped with smoke detectors and automated connection to the local fire brigade, any person causing a false alarm not only bears the cleaning costs of EUR 200 to restore the room to a smoke-free state, but also the fire brigade’s fees for unintentionally alarming bthem. We therefore kindly ask you, also in your own interest, not to smoke inside the building.
STAND-UP-PADDLING
SUPs (stand-up paddle boards) can be booked through our partner Himmelbrett (www.himmelbrett.de
or by telephone +497071-1431393). The rental is located next door at Freistil Fiergarten, Wöhrdstraße 25. Rounding the island `Neckarinsel` takes approximately one hour, including close-up sights on the picturesque old town and the “Hölderlin Tower”.
`STOCHERKAHN` (PUNTS)
Almost like in Venice. And yet unique. You can either book a public punt trip through TOURIST INFORMATION (the two landing stages are a 5-minute walk from the hotel) or our reception team will help you to book an individual punt that will pick you up at our hotel’s landing stage.

Here you can book city tours and punt trips, reserve tickets for events and get further information on popular sights and getaways in and around Tübingen. TOWELS
For environmental protection purposes, we will only change your towels upon your request. If required on a daily basis, of course. Simply put the towels to be changed in the shower or bathtub, we take care about getting you fresh ones.

If rain should pour, umbrellas are available to borrow from reception.
WAKE UP SERVICE
No chance to sleep in? We can arrange a weak-up call for you. Please let us know by dialing -300. We will call you at the time agreed upon.
WATER SPORTS
You want more than just enjoying the view on the river Neckar, by actively going onto the water? Then our partner companies have punting boats, stand-up paddle boards or pedal and rowing boats at your disposal. We are happy to help you with the booking. The `Uhlandbad` is only a 5-minute walk from the hotel. Brave triathletes also swim in front of our terrace in the Neckar at the annual Tübingen Triathlon. Only at your own risk and with the express recommendation to NOT drink the water of river Neckar.
